Paul Piretti , owner of his own plastering / painting company acquired the company Gino Vuagnat whose origins date back to the 19th century. At that time, the family business had over a hundred employees.
After the acquisition, Piretti successfully developed the PIRETTI SA brand and created a new masonry department.
Succeeding Mr. Piretti in 1968 , the company was taken over by his sons-in-law MM. Perrin and Strasser, driven by the desire to develop the company.
Responding to the effect of the economy at the time (oil crisis), Piretti SA consolidated and refocused its activities into the fields of plastering and painting.
Piretti SA extended its offering by acquiring the Company Damond & Co. , which specialized in the construction of lightweight walls and suspended ceilings.
